What are CSAs? CSAs are Community-Supported Agriculture farms, and they are a staple in the local food movement. Buy a share with a local farm at the beginning of the growing season, and you will receive fresh produce every week (the agreements vary farm to farm).  Learn more about CSAs at

After a tour of the vineyard and winemaking facilities, Gianni treated us to an 11-course dinner that was one of the best meals any of us had ever experienced.  On December 10, International Terra Madre Day, Silvio will recreate highlights of that meal and the delegates will share what they saw and learned at Terra Madre 2012.
