Spring CSA Fair – Speed Dating for Seasonal Food

Sponsored by Slow Food Huron Valley

On Sunday, March 24th, 24 CSA farms and 200 people from around the area met up at the Pittsfield Union Grange for our first annual shareholder-matching fair. Our raffle winner was refunded her CSA share cost to Honest Eats Farm LLC!
What are CSAs? CSAs are Community-Supported Agriculture farms, and they are a staple in the local food movement. Buy a share with a local farm at the beginning of the growing season, and you will receive fresh produce every week (the agreements vary farm to farm).  Learn more about CSAs at www.CSAfarms.org.
